Our Fees

£500

This payment covers 4 introductions to sellers or their agents and is payable on acceptance of your request.

From this point you can take steps to view the properties and take it from there - or you can instruct us to view and report back.

Find, view, provide feedback and introduce the seller

£500 + expenses incurred

When you have chosen a specific property, we can proceed to viewing. Expenses are bespoke to location and timings. You will be informed of the total cost prior to the viewing. We will then view and report back our findings.

Following this you can take steps to engage and make your offer direct with the seller - or you can instruct us to view and negotiate an offer on your behalf.

£500 + expenses incurred + 2% of sale price

On your behalf, we will engage in all forms of communication with the seller and/or their agent and secure a purchase price that benefits you.

Discretion and anonymity will remain intact throughout and to purchase.
